Do the easy stuff first. Check the pad pins for wear or signs of problems, check the caliper locating pins if the grease is dry, pull the pads an compress the lever carefully making sure the piston isn't stuck do not let the piston extend to far out of the piston bore. With pads out a light spray of wd 40 around the piston/caliper piston bore can help free up a stuck piston.

Digging deeper replace the old brake fluid it helps get rid of sponginess. Using a mityvac makes this job clean &fast.

If line obstruction would you recommend blowing out the lines with compressed air.   Calipers are usually easy enough. to rebuild

Sounds like the right side caliper may have a piston thats sticking or possibly an obstruction in the line to that side.

 While at the dunes today I noticed that one front brake locked up way before the other. With light to medium lever pull the left front brake would lock up that wheel and pull the quad to the left.  If I applied full brake than both front wheels would lock up.   Any ideas where I should begin looking.  The pads still have lots of material left on both wheels.  While at the dunes I tried bleeding brakes and no air bububles.    I figured its probably something in the caliper not the master cylinder since one wheel works.

Let me know what you think it could be and where I should begin looking.
