Glad to have you here. It's good to see people taking an interest in these old bikes.
You will find that there are a few guys on here that call the Lonestar state their home & a few others from the Buckeye state. Although i'm proud to say I reside in the Grand Canyon state, I did get my start there in Wooster & Millersburg.
Most of the above mentioned builders actually own the necessary tools & equipment to get the job done & would be more than willing to help you out. Just make sure to get the reliability modifications done to your engine.

Thanks for the leads guys.
I'm assuming buckeye513 is in fact a buckeye. I live in Dallas now, but will always be a buckeye in heart (Y)--- from Youngstown.

Hi welcome to the site. This is basically the new QuadracerHQ less Dr.Q. Not to worry though, lots of guys still keeping these old dinosaurs running strong and reliable. Check the forums for stickied threads on important information. Lots of mods that users have come up with and shared to be found. Even guys making custom parts.
Have fun and good luck!

You left off Carl Bartlett (Iceracer)

Jerry hall (Motorgeek). Mike (500fanatic), matt(mhr) those are all reputable builders. Call them tell them what you want and make a determination from there. Welcome to the site

Hi guys,
Have wanted a quadzilla since the 80s when my little 230 quadsport got stolen, but never got around to getting one. I am planning on buying one over the next 6 months and would like to have it built by someone good. I will use it for mostly trails and dunes and do enjoy drag racing, although I have no need to have the fastest quad out there (nor do I want a 100 hp beast). I already have an MX built TRX450r (by Rage Racing) and a stock YFZ450. I just want the Zilla cause I always have. I was hoping that you guys could throw some suggestions on engine builders or any other advice you might want to add. Don't worry --- I will also perform the necessary searches on my own too but if you have any info you'd like to throw my way, it's much appreciated.
I tried to look on the QuadracerHQ site but it looks as if DrQ is done building engines, etc. The site also has a malware warning, so I didn't want to go to the forum.
OK, thanks.
