Well no ball joints till likely next week or later so looks like the pictures of these things installed will have to wait so will me getting my roller together. Guess I'll spend this weekend sanding down my axle and shining up my brake calipers and painting my spindles.

If your free this weekend you're welcome to come to Mt Carmel and help me reassemble then we could do a before and after. But that's a lot of work by myself and I'm crunched for time as it is.

Will do all my chassis bearings and ball joints should be here this week so I'll be putting my roller together this weekend hopefully. I will put the spacer in one side and not on the other and take a picture I might do both at once but that's a lot of assembly and disassembly and reassembly moto!

Oh yeah haha, your bike is in pieces.  That is a bit more work.

If I remember correctly I bought a zilla for parts from a member from the other site and it had these shims installed but they had stress cracks. I do not know if I still have these shims lying in a box or if I threw them out. I am gonna see if I still have them and post a pic.
First off, These are made from my CAD drawings no one elses, material is 7175  not the cheap aluminum, plus parts were tumbled to take away any sharp edges  that could lead to cracks, it took less than 15 mins to install these shims

7175 is a high strength, heat treatable, forging alloy. It has an excellent combination of toughness and strength, similar to 7075 alloy except that the 7175 version has superior toughness and tensile strength.

Still cant find a longer flange bolt, the hex heads are huge 22mm vs the OEM head of 17mm, looking at going to Allan heads

If you look at the pictures, each end fits into each other, figure once you tighten the back bolt and the spacer is snugly fitted into each groove as one solid piece plus there is nothing to move to a crack, the CNC ends are only to align the Ball Joint in the proper position on the A Arm.

Is there any worry of them breaking apart right at the two trimmed off sections? They seem to be thinnest at that point and didnt know if it would form a crack. Just wondering.

I would think the stock bolts would work beings your only adding about a 1/4" spacer???

I think that's the way to go. Never did the camber mod because I thought it lessened the resale value of the a arms.
I would be willing to try these out.

Some pictures of the 1st article Slip On 05mm Camber Spacers being made, some small changes to be done, but I must say I like the way these turned out, Working on the cost now, these will work with the OEM bolts, but it seems some of you want 5mm longer bolts and I am looking into this.
