Anyone ever ordered stock replacement washeres? OEM? I ordered some and installed them. I have been trying to get my bike tuned to go to the dunes this weekend and I noticed my motor was running hot and bike was wanting to lean hang. I removed the radiator cap to see if I could see any water movement and nothing. I removed the water pump cover and impeller shaft snapped clean in half. BUT onto the original question. I removed the clutch cover to replace the shaft and I decided what the heck I wonder what the clutch looks like. I go to remove the clutch bolts and some of the washers were folded out toward the clutch cover. Im using barnett HD springs. They dont seem to be any longer. But when I look at the OEM bolts and washers the washers are folded. Almost like the replacement washer is inferior. Anyone else have that problem?
