The bore was stock at67, od is 77.50

Get some measurements too. Bore ID and Sleeve OD.

no it doesnt look ported, it looks like the sleeve was thicker outer diameter then the stocker and they bored the alumunum casting bigger or something, the inside of the boost ports are against the sleeve, no aluminum left.. il try getn picks tomorrow

Does it look like the cylinder was ported before it was resleeved? If so, the sleeve needs to be matched. A pic of what your talking about may help.

well i disassembled the top end of my 250 to refreshin and to do the rm bearing and hd washers, i found the cylinder had been resleeved and is on stock bore.. i noticed in the boost ports the aluminum is just about gone on the inside of the ports towards sleeve??? has anyone seen this?
