Anybody ever think about using this gel insert? I trashed my memory foam idea cause that would just be to soft. Think I may have this done when I get my 85-86 seat covered.. Buckeye if I get that gel cover and stuff is your dad still into doing these seats? Also once I get my quad mostly together can someone make a cool design for my seat?

that guy does great work. I was going to go with him but found a guy 20 minutes from me. CSL can do anything. We were going to do black gator with black ostrich for the liger seat.
-
Look up Custom Seats Louisiana. I've seen some really good work from them.
-
That link to racing junk slowzilla that's mine lol
-
If you're interested in a custom seat cover shoot me a pm my dad has been doing custom upholstery work for 30+ years I'm biased of course but in the industry people see his work and are always wowed. He does custom limo and hearse interiors for a day job so this is side work for him but pm me and we can chat about ideas of what you want done and what the cost would be. We have almost zero overhead so we should be priced well below most plus we're not Cali based so our cost is a lot cheaper than all that inflated bs you west coast guys are faced with.
-
cascade innovations is my choice...
-
I bought 2 from hc camp on eBay a few years ago. They seemed a little thin but they are tough. The seems are holding up great and no rips yet. That includes a few rolls down some hills, and makin trails through the thick woods. I would def buy from them again.
-
Reading through this thread and seeing some of the custom seats pictured within it makes me really happy my dad is an upoholsterer and has been doing custom seats and furniture for going on 3 decades now. I'm quite positive ill have one of the sickest Zilla seats there is and it won't cost me a thing but materials. Good thing too cause the 87 I just bought needs a new seat cover waiting to decide on a color scheme before I turn dad loose on the design of the pattern.
-
This guy I met on es2 had a repro 92 250 camo seat done by cosmic quads and it looked real good only thing was the green in the camo was a bit off but other then that it was sweet. I contacted them and they said for just the camo cover it would be $95 shipped I believe. I know it was under $100. Fx I think it was the guy that bought your old 92 he said he's from New York and that the guy he bought it from was on the old site. It looks like your old one.

Waiting on a quote from Jet Trim, with adding 1" more foam, with the GP Blue Vinyl (Want Sample First) and Yellow stitching w/ Icon and logo.
-
I have an extra seat with a bad cover I'm going to sent it out to her
-
Yea I like Dave's a lot also with the scallops but I had to make something different & custom
-
I saw daves seat at silver lk last year that one was nice almost had a univ. of michigan look.
-
Glamis, someone had one on the other site that one is sweeeeeet!! Cool design. Im going to look into one of those
That is a custom design I did myself and she made for me.
She has the template for this one and one other one that Dave in Michigan designed, so she has a total of 2 designs for the 500.
Feel free to use the designs we came up with and she has lots of material to change in & out colors.

JB Sport trim, talk to Jennifer she has the layout for the LT500 and does a kick ass job and they last. Double stitched and super good vinyl.

i have a hydro turf seat cover on my predator nicest seat cover ive ever had.
-
Slow I put one of the cheap eBay covers on. The material is a bit thin, and the stiching sucks, SUCKS.
-
Slowzilla I have one of those covers on my Zilla the color is off and it bugs the sh*t out of me! Other than that it's decent not like a custom by far but I've had mine on for 4-5 yrs and it hasn't tore or worn a hole
-
i'd stay away from verde seat covers. had a few bad experiences with there seats. those fancy plastic looking ones do not last. also alittle cheap on extra material to staple to.
-
slowzilla: i just ordered 2 cover from hc camo on ebay, same seller as your link. i got a black and yellow cover from my tri z in "carbon fiber" look vinyl and a black and red one for a 250r atc, for the price i am very satisfied. no complaints from that seller.
-
d
I was going to look into Jettrim, they have a rep for extremely high quality & there prices are inline or less than some of the prices mentioned above.

This kinda looks like one but its not a very good picture.
-
Seen them before, the yellow seems off, maybe due to lighting, need to see it on a Zilla!
-

Never had one done by them, but I contacted cosmicquads about doing a repro. 92 camo seat.... I never followed through on it, but she said they could do it.... A lot of the Honda guys use her for OEM correct covers....

-
he does some good work.
-
It really depends on what you want. The one on my zilla probably in the $250 or so range (Dont quote me on price). Its higher because of the checkers. They dont make a checker material so all those squares are seperate and sewn together. He had about 6 hrs in that seat, upholstery work is harder than most people think.
-
Those are sweet what's he get to do a cover?
-
Nice Donnie
Here is mine: Cascade Innovations

Those look really good donnie. I may have to get your neighbors #.
-
My neighbor owns an upholstery shop. He runs it out of his garage so stuff is much cheaper than your normal shop. Heres 2 seats he did for me.
