Post by: LT250RWV on March 11, 2013, 09:45:43 pm: Well you could have a bent shifter or a fork is worn out. spring on the neutral stop is off inside the case. shifting drum knuckles could be out of specs clutch worn out . Try tighten your clutch cable up and see if it will go first.

Post by: SuzukiRacer on March 11, 2013, 02:03:39 pm: I have a 87 250r and for some reason I can never get it into neutral when the motor is running.I usually have to shut it off to find it. And its always down to first when I stop but if I try to go to neutral the shifter won't go up at all. What's the problem here?
