Well mine are 24 spline but I have the whole axle assembly.

the 250 from 87-92 fly wheel is the same as the zilla,
check on ebay, the 250 ones are always cheaper than the 500.

I've got a set of 5-lug rear hubs (2 pair) 26-spline just back from zinc coating...  very nice!  I can let those go... also have a yellow powdered set.... and  I think I have a Zilla stator....

Can you be alittle more specific? How long of a swingarm are you looking for? Any particular brand of swingarm? What size wheels do you need? Any preference for the pipe?

For the 500 I need;
---extended swingarm
---stator
---Douglas polished rear wheels
--expansion chamber

For 250, I need;
---flywheel and stator
