It's be cool if you could make them a little wider like the Pro-Armor bull horn bumper... more protection for front end that way too....

How much wider?  wide enough to protect the front shocks? You dont want anything solid in the middle that could block airflow to the radiator scoop.

I want another Fat Bar Front Bumper, and they want almost $70 bucks with shipping, not counting the plating cost, so I am looking into getting some bids on making 10 of these, also having a few sets made with light bar tabs to run laser star lights, getting quotes bare and plated.
Is there any modifications that members would like to see, other that going heavy wall thickness, OEM is too thin and dings easy.

My goal is to be sell them fro $85.00 plated /  $55.00 raw
