no you will be fine, just make sure you have the top of the a arms for the other frame

Is it worth cutting these parts off my frame and welding them onto the 87 frame?? those parts are all good on my frame

A arm mounts, steering stem stoppers and lower rear cross mount bracing are the 3 differences between '87 and later models.

87 upper a arms are different, and the steering stem is different

I think the A-arms are different, otherwise the rest is essentially the same.

I MAY HAVE FOUND A FRAME. IS A 87 FRAME THE SAME AS A 89  FRAME ON A LT 500 QUAD RACER??? IF NOT WHATS THE DIF
