Description: Heres mine. I just bought it back in september '12  from a good friend. It was originally my dads bike from 87-01. He originally bought it as an upgrade from a lt230 quadsport for him. We did a lot of dune riding as i was growing up. I had a 230 quadsport at that time and was always super happy to throw a leg over dads 250. I eventually got a blaster so it kind of evened up things a bit. But still loved riding this one because it didnt land as hard haha. years went by and i eventually bought it from him after i was grown up and moved out and put my girlfriend on it (which is now my wife) for 2 seasons. Then i moved her up to a trx250r, sold it to a good friend of mine who put quite a bit of wrench time into it. He has had it for about 8 years or so. He picked up a super clean yfz for his wife. So it was time to sell. I couldnt let it go to anyone else, especially after he had a couple of lowball $1500 cash offers. I told him I wanted it back, no one else was going to get my dads bike back, not for $1500! Im such a sentimential turd sometimes. But i knew i would kick myself for years to come if i didnt get it back. This bike has so much history and i barely even touched the tip of the iceberg here. So with all that aside. It is an 87 LT250R. Internal it is a "back in the day" trinity stage 4 spec port and head setup, running a newer style pwk 38mm. Bills pipe, yfz shocks, camber mod, silver maiers, carbon look hood etc etc. I Plan on knocking it apart this coming summer and putting it back to the blue/yellow colors. But for now, i rode it a few times this sand season. Just glad to have it in the garage if nothing else.
