according to the information I have in front of me they can get blank domes, however they do not stock them. The price appears to be the same as the pre cut domes. I have talked to the distributor and they said they order pro design weekly and if there is interest in a particular dome size or part they will stock it for us.

those are individual prices. a little bit of a bigger price break can be made when purchasing both pieces together.  in most cases i should be able to match ATV Galaxy's ebay pricing on a head/dome set.
