I will attest to Jerry's work, he answers the phone, he shares his knowledge, is good on turn around, he does what he says he's going to do, and when I get my stuff back I know it's done right and if there is an issue he stands behind it.   (Y)

I can't ask for more from him and that's a lot better than a lot of other shops where stuff disappears for months, no one picks up the phone once they got your stuff and/or your money, and when you finally get it back (if you do) it's sloppy or not even done right.

I pay more for Jerry's services but there is no smoke & mirrors, no magic formula, it's always exactly what we talk about and he explains everything up front and when I get it back it runs like we talked about.

Nowadays I am lucky to spend 10% to 20% of my time doing what I am good at.

This is because you are passionate about what you do and have knowledge that you've gained over many years that you are willing to share with customers & potential customers.

IMHO a website or some sort of depository of your knowledge like the SQHQ Hpr section could be a way for you to cut down on some of the time required to educate each potential customer individually and help establish a baseline knowledge about your products & services prior to someone calling.  That way you could spend less time on the phone re-educating potential customers  ;D         2c

Back on topic; I have one of Jerry's shocks, I'm 310lbs, we ride pretty hard, and it works great!
