Put it up for bid on uship.com.
I bought a hybrid on ebay and requested shipping quotes through ebay.
Cheapest quote was $675, Wisconsin to N. California, 2000 miles.
I put it up for bid on uship... I made my bottom line $500 and a shipped deadline of within three weeks.
After two days of shippers bidding against one another, the price was down to $450 and delivery within two weeks.
I chose a shipper that was a few dollars higher but had lots of excellent feedback and gave daily tracking updates.
Everything went smooth and I ended up giving the shipper some extra cash for having to deal with the hybrid seller changing pick up arrangements a few times.
