I have a new stator 130w I plan on installing soon w/ pulse coil installed for the new 72w led light bar. 32:1 synthetic super technicplate. I have slight movement in crank shaft possibly causing crank bearing seal to pop out w/ thick oil blowing into flywheel area. This just happened in between starting the quad  ''once'' because I had just checked the flywheel before the one start up. I'm thinking the bearing pocket play caused the seal to pop out. Fortunately I checked right away before riding w/ seal out! Any chance the hard starting is from the bearing wobble? I'm sure the seal was in up until the last start up so I don't think the seal could have caused hard starting (for so many months) or since I bought the bike last July. My bigger problem now is with a possible motor tear down to have new bearing races installed!
