ignition timing mark, dead on. ignition coil checked w/ adjustable thx 404 tester w/ spark at 12mm, manual states 8mm.  compression must be ok since the power is scary quick and powerful whipping raptor 660 with ease! the stator gap at 30mm. carb float needle and seat looks good w/ no wear yet carb parts warehouse is sending a new set since they suspect this might be the problem. their also saying if that doesn't work there's a very small jet in the bottom of the carb bowl that helps w/ gas flow?
