So who's making new custom pipes????

been out of it for 5 years now.. I have a 500 and slowly getting it back up and runnin'. Had a V1 Q pipe and loved it. My brother stole it back LOL.

Anybody building right now? And what's the best one going???

There are a few.

Jerry hall's HPR 19.

DrQ's V2.0 pipe.

Aaen has a cheap DrQ V1 copy.

Mitch Keller has DCS but not sure if he is making anymore.

Kenny Roberts is now making the DCS pipes, more than Aaen, less than a DR Q , call Kenny at 909-821-7125 think he is asking $680.00

Thanks guys!!! Been reading my ass off getting back into it. Lucked into Q's newest pipe. Glad there are some good options out there for these bikes right now

The return on investment would not pay off, it would be a pure labor of love for someone to take the time to design test and test and test, but never hurts to ask, Try calling Kenny Roberts and see what the cost would be 909-821-7125

Just talked to Kenny Roberts on the phone.  he can make us a pipe for the 85 & 86 250's!  He just needs someone who lives close to Rancho Kukomanga to bring their 85 or 86 to him so he can custom fit it.  I highly recommend others to call him and place an order.  I've been looking for somebody to build a pipe for the early models for a long time.  Nows the time to do it!  I can't wait to get mine installed.  I believe he quoted me around $650 for pipe and silencer.  That's a steal!

Who has an 85' or an 86' 250 and is located in southern Cali and is willing to loan their quad to Kenny so we can have custom pipes like everybody else?

Dynoport will do one also, he does not have a Jig any more so he would also need a Straight Machine to build off of and do a new jig.

Hey was reviewing pipes an Dr Q s pipes look an sound awesum thies guys no thier stuff wen it comes to exhaust an Zilla s I saw a u tube post an they had a Zilla topped out at 100.2mph on a GPS Wow besides them maybe Paul turner s still making pipes caws I no fmf pipes r still out there.Wish trinity made pipes for Z s still.👍🏻
