My point is being missed here, why do the big names or actual builders need to be involved? Put out the word in your area get two or three setups  like mentioned before, stock port , mild port and maybe even  full out drag. There should be enough of all the pipes mentioned out there for this to happen without all the drama. I see no reason that we as riders can't do this on our own. The best advertising you can have is word of mouth right? I think if we as riders made this happen and posted results on this site it would go a long way in helping other Zilla owners making a choice of the best pipe for there setup. I guess it all comes down to the guys that actually have the pipes in question so maybe all this is just a pipe dream on my part. ( no pun intended ) I have a real interest in what the results of this comparison would reveal. These ,for the most part, are big dollar parts for antique machines, before i shell out that kinda of money i would like to know what i am getting. I may find that my riding style and motor setup works for me with my LRD/LED pipe. Maybe I am missing the point here and there is not enough interest from guys like me on this subject. In any case my offer still stands , my Zilla is no high dollar garage queen or a pile of junk , i have no history on my motor other than i bought it off ebay, it has been ported, it has markings etched on the cylinder (SCR) and (DB) and it came from socal. All work that has been done to it since i purchased it has been done by me, with knowledge and info from this site as well as the old site. If there is any interest in taking part let me know. I would choose Winchester Bay as a seat of the pants test area as it has a little bit of everything to test the performance of the pipes. If i am dreaming just let me know and i will drop the subject entirely. +k2

Way to step up Reddog thats what i'm talking about !! I would need a little more time to make plans for the trip to Winchester. As well as my Zilla is apart waiting for my VF2 reed cage and carb parts. I would definately like to meet up with you there, and hopefully others . I would need at least a couple of more weeks to get my Zilla ready .

Okay. We take the chance that two zillas will actually be running at the same moment in time though... just pointing out the obvious!
