PSI Racing

Anyone else have any expereince with any of PSI's products? Specifically the LT stuff. Specifically their pipes.
I'm running the PSI on ol Heinz and was wondering if anyone else has/had one or has ever ran one. I've only seen one other PSI pipe for an LT and that was on eBay and it had a big hole in it. If I would have had the 30 bucks at the time I would own it lol

I've never seen or heard of anyone running a PSI pipe on a LT.  They did mostly stuff for sleds, right?

Sleds and TRX stuff. Some Harley stuff like carbs an all.

They made 85/86 pipes, 87-92 pipes and zilla pipes as well.

They also made dirt bike pipes. I've found YZ, KX, CR and RM 80 and 125 pipes.

They had ATC-R pipes too. The older pipes had a plate looking thing on it that had bigger letters on it.

what you asking is like how do you like duncan or trinity porting compared to iceracer or jerry, mike, matt s.
back then they only had so much to work with, now there is way more out there.
and i do have new toys also, just not the Lt's planning on a turbo mod for the commander for the summer.
i wanna ride wheelies on the side x side.  ;D

I have a PSI on my '87 Zilla. I got a hold of the guy at PSI that used to make them a few months back. He said it was designed as an all around pipe. I haven't run anything other than this pipe on my Zilla so I can't compare it to anything else. If you want more info let me know and I'll look through my old emails and look him up again.

there ya go chuck, all around pipe, not a top end not a bottom end, its just like a fmf, all around pipe
go get a ftz pipe if you want something different, one for sale in indiana right now. its a a in-fram drag pipe
and looks like a beast, ftz said they are not making any 2 stroke pipes at the moment.

DR thats funny, i think i will still rather have the turbo mod, almost got the wife talked into it, she is just worried that
we will tear it up and something will break something.  i just might have to buy a 800 rzr thats blown and put a crotch rocket motor in it.
been looking for one of those for a while tho.

I've found a few rzrs that people have put a subaru STI motor into, which has a pretty BEEFY turbo. but with that your talking at least 10 Gs for just the motor, and trans. would be all kinds of badass tho.

Or just buy this http://portland.craigslist.org/clc/sno/4225974342.html and give one to me  -->

Big blocks are a blast. I do enjoy my 86 C20 with a 400 stroker but a crawler would be sick, I see a few at the dunes every now and then.

I'd love to have a mid engine ls1 rail with long travel too. But they are damn pricey to build and to buy and not enough space at silver lk for one. If I lived out west I could see owning one

I'd look for a 900.  They ride much better.  My dad currently has a RZR S and a XP900.  The S has Bluetorch a-arms and Walker Evans shocks.  The XP is still stock.  The XP rides much better because of the trailing arms on the rear.

Thanks Pentec,,, well that's the zilla pipe info. And John I don't want an FTZ in frame,, too top end peaky for me. Plus I've already got an OOF FTZ that I found out is actually an LT pipe. Apparently the drag pipe that was made for the YTZ wasn't returned either. Which sucks balls but hey I've got a drag pipe for the zuke in any case lmao. I figured it was an all around pipe but I want to hear other peoples input on them

yeah i am not knocking your pipe, but just about all the pipes from back then are Almost the same.  some just a bit more low, some a bit more mid
then the ftz with way more top.

i mean if he wont send the pics, he has to have some beaters. why even post stuff for sale if you wont post or send pics.
he will be sitting on them for a while. you should have said ok 150 bucks sound fair. make him think he had a typo. lol
