Thanks for everything guys.  I have a powder coater two towns away in ozark, mo. Im going to stop in and get a quote.  What all came powder coated from the factory besides the frame?  I have a rear rack that holds my Coleman cooler perfectly that I'm definitely having done with the frame.  Drinks for everybody I ride with, lol
