I used a color called RAL 5010 I believe. My frame, A-arms, hubs, and a few other odds and ends cost me about $300. It doesn't take more than a couple days assuming your powder coater isn't too busy. Most people that do powder coat for a living will do a good job of plugging up all of your bolt holes but you can certainly help by putting old bolts in holes. That way you don't have to worry about him missing any. You can also save your powder coater a bunch of time by bringing all of the components to him relatively clean. They don't like grease getting in to their shot blast media as they strip away the old paint.
