I got my stuff back.... With the help of state police.  Local sheriff couldn't do ****.  State cop lit a fire under him.  Still was a process trying to get in touch with him.  Unfortunately, the work that he was supposed to do wasnt all done, and or done poorly.  I am having the whole bottom end re done by someone else....

yes Sam... thank you again.  Apparently whatever he said to Matt lit a fire under him and he finally stopped dodging me after months and months...

And yes John, I got my new parts back, but everything was dirty and covered in dirt and sand... so I'll just have to give everything a real good cleaning.... The work was shoddy and questionable though... and he kept some of my OEM parts that he was supposed to install on the bottom end.... crappy paint job over grease/oil... cases were never blasted like they were supposed to be... amongst some other stuff....

Apparently he does not.  I spoke with the local sheriff a few times, he told me Matt has been a thorn in their side down there.  He couldn't really help other than going to his house and trying to catch him outside.   But this guys call got it done.  Apparently he called Matt's mom?  Sucks the poor lady has to deal with this....

Yes, the Sheriff's office did the same thing for me. Claimed they knocked on his door for a couple days straight and they wouldn't answer the door.

Now i have filed a few claims. One with my local police. One with my state police. Also one federally. The only one making efforts to help me is my state police. But i will give that number a call Dangerous, hopefully someone can help me. I cant really a ford to lose 3 engines. But then again, he sent me pictures of motors/cases/parts that weren't mine. Verified it by checking the serial numbers.

But thanks for the help/info dengerous. I will give him a call around 12 noon their time. Cheers man.

If you set up a fed ex account and send Matt a message that is not offensive, disrespectful, or degrading,  he'll more than likely send your stuff out.

I will say I had to have patience and act like I was his best friend for almost two months to get him to send my stuff back.

1986quadracer. Yeah except i tried that. He deserves no respect from anyone. Not to mention he tried telling me cases that were busted were mine. When the serials didn't match. So he deserves to be treated like dirt, and have offensive words thrown his way.

I shouldn't have to kiss someones ass just to get what legally belongs to me sent back. Not to mention he never even bought the rings/pistons/bearings/gaskets with the money i sent him.

So please, don't give me that crap.

I know. One thing that really pissed me off bad was the sh*t he was saying to Zachary. Zachary is a kid. Matt is an adult. He should know better right?

I talked to a few people that know Matt personally. From what i hear. He doesn't treat his own son any better than any of us. But that's hear say. I'm not here to discuss what kind of jerk off he is. Because honestly, we already know how he acts.

I just want everyone including me to get stuff back. No one, not a single person should get burned here. If this state trooper can really help out. I got 6 people just on facebook still looking for help. So i really hope this pans out.

But being nice to him just to get stuff back i legally own. Not happening . I would really love to see him face some kind of jail/prison time.

Just want my stuff back. Such a disgrace of a man. But then again, it doesn't help his mother lies for him. So i don't feel bad the police have to contact her as well. She was lying for the guy.

He has dodged most of my phone calls, text messages, & Facebook messages. He only responded once thanking me for trying to help him out. I tried my best to offer a helping hand. But we all know the story now.

Guys, how many of you made your report with the FBI? Depending on state law, theft could only be a county crime. But stolen engines that travel across state lines is a federal offence. Using USPS for the commission of a theft is a federal offence. This is why you gotta call the FBI. This is the only guaranteed way for any action to take place.

Another way to guarantee action is to go to his house.

Derrick, I did the same thing.  I was really genuine at first.... I wanted him to get out of that hole.  But then after we spoke for lengths on the phone and he began dodging me again and lying, I lost it.  I had enough of it.  I tried to be nice and understanding, but that wasnt working anymore.  I did feel bad for him at first, but then I lost respect.....

Trust me I lost respect and my temper a lot but I never went off on him. As soon as I got my cylinder head back I let that scumbag have it and he blocked me on Facebook so I used my wife's and ripped him more. They say patience is a virtue and I'm about as impatient as they come so that entire ordeal killed me I should've just did what my dad and brother wanted to do and drove to his house got my **** and caught an assault charge.
