Do the aftermarket aluminum radiators cool any more efficiently than the stock rad?Just curious if anyone has ran one and noticed a difference?Any issues with fit.etc?

Yes, a thicker radiator will cool at a higher rate.  There is more surface area for the air to contact the fins on the radiator.

Watch out though. The cheap ones on Ebay don't fit well

Where you able to get it mounted with a little tweaking?
Does it leak?

Ya a little tweaking but no signs of leaking and I think it will be good althought I haven,t run it yet as some of the quad is still in pieces.Worst case scenario I put the stocker back in but I think this will work fine.

Sounds like the cheap banshee one. I had to "force" it mount, but it was nothing major and it worked great. Never leaked.

I put one in a customers Raptor 660 for him. The fit sucked but worked good. Couldn't beat it for $70.

I've had gpi and one of those worley ones.
Worley fit well, only had to bend the rad mount on stem down a bit.Fit great then.
GPI I just had to oval out the bolt holes just to line up.Other than that ,all good.
But i have heard of nightmare fitment issues with some people .Maybe i just got lucky?
