« on: March 31, 2013, 09:20:51 am »
Does any one have some information on what parts LRD offered for the 500 or engine kits , I know they went out of business and open up under LED but i think all he does is 4 stroke ? and if there any more new parts floating around. Thanks

Arlen is still doing work on 2 and 4 strokes  http://www.ledperformanceengines.com/  They did a trail, national mx/TT/dune and full on drag engine kit along with his pipes. His Zilla pipe is by far the best of the old tech pipes, still a great runner today.

Do you know of anyone who's used the trail pipe?

I have run 1 and quite a few other members as well. It makes as much if not more mid and low power as most of new pipes it just doesn't have the top end compared to the newer pipes. Compared to the old style pipes it is better in every area including top-end. Next down from it in performance would be the PT, but it lacks the top-end of the LRD.

That's what I needed to know. I have the PT. Don't know if I like it. This is going to be the 1st year I run it.
Thanks

The PT's a great low mid trail pipe, has decent top better than fmf and similar pipes.
