Ohio/Kentucky/WV/PA/Mich ride
« on: October 24, 2013, 06:58:52 am »
Wanting to see how many people would be up for some trail riding at Wayne national forest. Would be the start of next season so sometime in late April or early May. Here's a link to the site for anyone not familiar with Wayne National we would be riding the Monday Creek trail system roughly 75 miles of trails. It says adequate muffler or spark arrestor they only check for this at registration and last time I went riding here it was very relaxed (I.e. We registered and our bikes were still on the trailor at our camp).

I'd be interested.  Looks like a good spot to take the RZRs also.

Yeah as long as they're not wider than 50" there's tons of trails some off the main run the sxs's may not fit through but there's always ways around.

Nothing can be wider than 50" to ride there?  That eliminates pretty much every UTV lol.

That's what the site says, although I think side by sides are ok they're main purpose is to detour buggies and jeeps I believe. Call and ask though I have no clue on the width of RZR's and other SxS's.

Key is not to tumble! Lol wellsville where's that at Sam? Perry state park looks fun it's probably 40 mins or so north of Wayne national maybe do a 3 day ride spend one or two days at Wayne national finish the last day at that perry state park location if it's the one that's in Ohio that is.

Yellow creek aka Wellsville is in Wellsville, OH.
When were out in the woods all we do is crazy hills not much of trail riders or putt putt around and drink beers lol. Nothing wrong with it just not our crowd.
http://www.youtube.com/user/330catfish That's who my buddy and I ride with. Cool dude and does some crazy **** on his z400. Buck he has tons of videos of Wellsville.
Also check out Hillsville, PA vids also all over his channel.
AWedel nothing wrong with that! I would like to start doing track group rides and stuff also. You ever check out treverton or Shamokin PA, AWedel?

Dangerouspower--nope never done Shamokin.  I'm around 3h away from Hillsville.  Don't get me wrong, I'll go fast with ya, but no tumbling!  Work too hard to keep the '85 in one piece as it is (plus four people at home need me working, not healing).  Let me know if/when you guys ride Wellsville or Hillsville.  Feel free to PM me.  The youtubes are awesome...
