Where are you located? If you need that head straightened out I can help you. How do your valve seats look?

that's what the dealer said is the gear probably spun that's why he sent them out I guess, said he tore the head all apart and put back together and said all looked good besides rossiers national porting, said it looked like someone took a chisel to it

Is the dealer equipped to check valves and seats for run out and be able to do a high pressure leak down test on the bench.  Most dealers are not equipped with anything more than a lapping stick and hand operated Neway seat cutters.

If you cannot find anyone that is properly equipped in your area send it to us and we can check it out.

We have all of the expensive equipment for 4 stroke head work.  We replace seats, guides, cut contoured and or multi-angle valve seats.  We also do a lot or porting and cut the heads and combustion chambers for larger valves.

LT 500 and LT 250s are not the only engines that we know how to get a lot of power from.
