I didn't tear into it yet, but I was gonna take key off my bike to see if it will fit. 
I need to get a chain tensioner also, when you rev bike out you can hear chain slap on gaurd.
Have you checked the main motor mount bolts yet, ours bike had a wobble, well you can sit on it
and wiggle your butt and bike would move, after I cranked on frame and motor mount bolts bike felt
tight and there was not all that movement anymore. But that little bike sure does run good. It feels faster than the
DS 90 we have but the DS has more bottom end. And is in way better shape than the 80,

I really need to let jack (lt80) get his hands on it.
