Maybe bc 4 pokes are just more reliable -->
I run a lectron a 46mm lectron on my quadracer and its a general propose ATV. Dunes, desert trails, and hillshooting. I won't disagree that a mikuni is more adjustable. I see it as a set and forget. With the lectron u might have to set for different types of environments. Big difference is that i did not used an off the shelf lectron. I bought it set up for a harsh bumpy environment with a different bowl and floats.also added an adj power jet, adjust the main jet with your finger of u want. If u find one cheap and want to try, go for it. If u don't like it send your mikuni to get re worked and sell the lectron.  Only u will know what u really like and what u don't. As stated earlier, most lectron carbs are used on higher hp quads for high speed/WOT use.
