Anybody know of any thumb throttle that is a straight swap to the zilla and work with my stock cable? I was thinking maybe ltz400. Mine has a lot of slop not just in the bushing but also where the thumb lever joins the cable lever. I

el diablo, did your terry cable thumb work with the stock cable? the cable that works on my terry cable work on my honda thumb throttle as well. maybe a newer honda will work too
I don't know of one that will swap but I ride a twist so I've never spent any time trying to see if a OEM off another bike will work.
Might want to hit up ebay for another OEM zilla or post up a WTB (want to buy) in the classifieds here. I'm sure there are more than a couple stockers laying around somebody would sell for a few bucks.

No, the ball that is swedged on to the end of the cable is a different size.
