Small Reed V-Force - 2 (Reed and Assembly)
« on: January 25, 2013, 11:32:04 am »
I just talked with Moto Tassarini on the phone and was able to order a vf2 cage and reeds for the small reed LT500. I asked about availability, he said he does not have any large reed cages but that they are building to order the small reed version. They are not sending any out to distributors but if you need the small reed  VF2 they will build one for you. Price is $148.00 and then $12.00 shipping to my location. He also said they have a redesigned VF3 that flows as well as the VF2 but it has not been dynoed for the Zilla.  There # 603-298-6646

What's the difference between the two designs? I'm looking to replace my oem reed set up... Which is better?

The only info we talked about was that the newly designed VF3 flows as well as the VF2 and that they had not tested it on the dyno for the LT500. I am sure if you call the number he would be able to tell you more. I stuck with getting the VF2 based on the info from this site.
