Matt was unaware I was told about the parts going out. Super nice guy and I don't blame him he was clueless and had been lied to regarding my communications with Tiffany. He was informed I had been calling an texting daily hassling her about every little detail when in fact over the course of two and a half months I only asked for status updates on the work being done once ever two to three weeks until I was told three weeks ago it should be done within a week which turned into another week and then another. It seems like she is overwhelmed with the business and customer service side of things and doesn't know how to effectively communicate to Matt or his customers. It's sad really Matt is a super nice guy and was completely empathetic to the misinformation I was fed. I don't fault him but really if your allowing someone to have control over customer communication it needs to be your job to ensure accuracy or hire someone who is capable of completing that portion of the business.

Motoman there's a brotherhood field drag next weekend I'm not sure of the location my dad and brother know where it is I was just gonna show up and give the zilla some shake down runs to use that meet as a measuring stick and tuning experience.
