'88 cyl mid to top end porting
0-50' above sea level so cal
Cut power head 57 cc
Stock reed
No lid
HPR 19 pipe

180 main
58 pilot
6.0 slide
dgh needle
4th clip from the top

I'd say your close, maybe for safety sake put in a 178 main , clip in the middle of the needle ... Adjust for your conditions

To add to the list, I'm at...

'88 small reed engine
PWK39
PTR pipe
FMF silencer
stock reeds
Pro-Design head 52cc
.040" overbore
UNI filter
Air box lid has 8 holes 1/2" ID
Absolute sea-level (black swamp of NW Ohio)
50/50 mix of 110 Sunoco race gas and 93 pump
32:1 mix w/ Amsoil Dominator syn

180 main
60 pilot
#2 clip
6.0 slide
dgh needle

Starts easy (for a Zilla), idles for days, revs throughout, and not much throttle hang at all.  Makes a nice chocolate brown plug chop for me, too.
