finally getting an AAEN pipe, what jet should i start with a VM44?

just bought a AAEN pipe and silencer, looking to see what jetting i should start with on a mikuni VM44. currently i run a big reed motor, Paul Turner pipe, pod filter, mild port and run a 450 main jet, 20 pilot with a UFO insert, and whichever needle comes in the VM44-3 which i read is the one most run in the zillas. just looking for a starting point, thanks in advance!!
