I don't think a bigger main bearing could be used. There's not enough room to go wider, and the cases are already weak in between the RH main bearing and balancer bearing. They best solution to that problem is hybrid ceramic main bearings in my opinion. They are stronger than normal steel bearings and last longer. Not as cheap, but you get what you pay for.
