It's either a PWK 38 or 39. you will have to measure the reed side throat on the carb

I found that they aren't the easiest carb to dial in. Most guys that want a larger carb go with a stock mikuni and bore it out to 40-40.5.

I have a pwk 39 bored to a 40.3 on my zilla. It's dialed in pretty good but wasn't as easy as my mikuni or my lectron to get dialed in!!!

It says PWK 27kABL, which I belive is a 39mm

The keihins are not as adjustable as the mikunis but will still work good when dialed.

BTW, is the party still at ground zero?
