.................. What do you guy's think about lightening the flywheel on the LT500R ?


 If you machine enough off of the flywheel to make a noticeable difference, you have a potential bomb ready to go off at any time.  But if you are determined to lighten it we can provide that service for you.

Thanks for the info Jerry I trust your advice so I will just buy a new OEM flywheel. I dont need any more problems. Lol

The zilla is alive again!! :))  The new stator and used flywheel from Ricky Stator is installed the flywheel they sent me was in pretty much new condition. Taking it out for the day tomorrow.

Seen that before, Screws where loose and it got ground off.

Happen to bill least season, he thought it was a piston that was getting ready to stick.

Well i did about six hours of riding on the zilla saturday and the zilla ran awesome the whole time.The only problem I had was the new skid-plate I installed was hitting what felt like every rock I rode over and caused me to get caught up on a big hill out there. Lucky for me and my zilla that there was a lot of people out there that day that were nice enough to help me get my quad off the hill.
