Adjusting powervalve

How do you adjust the powervalve correctly? Once you put the cylinder on, hook the rod up. Start from there please. Thanks

Yeah ...preloading the spring ? Double oring the chingas...?

turn the spring counter clockwise 1 turn after pulling cover off and it is sitting in non-running position

Thanks for the info. Do you you do anything on the side with the window other than hook the rod up?

Heck I cant remember was it to tighten the spring Clockwise or Counter Clockwise?

Nope, just hook the rod up to the powervalve and install the window.
From there, index the cap to the spring with the powervalve in the open position, turn it 1-2 turns CCW depending on your pipe.
Search the forum for my post on how to fine tune the powervalve to your engine and pipe.
