The work involved for the $200 I paid to Jerry to get the head modified and o ringed was reasonable when you find out what it takes. Takes time
Piston deck height has to be determined for correct compression ratio. In my case the cylinder ears were reinforced, decking the cyl base surface was required changing piston deck height.
Welding up the coolant passages in the head is needed then more restricted passages machined in to mimic the oem head gasket coolant passages.
O ring machining
Squish & combustion dome machined to correct specs, after getting piston deck height determined.
