Swing arm pivot options
« on: October 30, 2013, 09:54:09 pm »
Well i'm putting the wraps on my Banshee swingarm conversion & ran into one minor issue. I found that the Banshee uses larger diameter pivot bearings & pivot bolt than a Zilla. I was thinking of going with a delrin bushing instead but was wondering if there are any other options available? I thought about just using the Banshee bearings & pivot bolt but I would have to drill the cases to accommodate this. I don't want to do that. Any ideas on custom bearings?

I ran into this problem when I was planning my 250 z400 hybrid.  I would just get 2mm press in bushings then it would bring me back down to 15 so I can run lt bearings and stock OD bolt.
