swing arm and rear end options
« on: October 17, 2013, 09:06:05 am »
I'm going to be ordering a metal tech swing arm soon and wanted to know what rear end I should go with? I hear a lot of guys go with a banshee setup, if I were to go this route I'm assuming everything lines up as far as the sprocket and brake disk ect? I would also have to run all banshee components? Please shed some light on this and any other options I may have.

Get a 250R style axle carrier.  I assume that's what the Metal Tech swing arm will use?

If you want to run a banshee set up everything lines up perfect, and yes you have to run all banshee components. If you decide to go that way let me know, I have a complete lonestar axcaliber axle with wheel hubs, brake hub and their heavy duty sprocket hub as well as a carrier. It literally has only 2 hours on everything.

I am from Alberta, Canada but I can hip anywhere. I switched to an aluminum drag axle. And sledhead, they all use a Honda style round carrier.
