Yeah I order 1500 worth of parts from burgard chromoly a arms chromoly steering stem bead lock rims . Took my money out the day I order my parts . Promise to have my parts in three weeks . Never got my parts . Call them up and no answer left a message . Call back the next week . And talk to Izzie the owner gave me the store he was all backed up with orders and promises he will ship my parts in three days . Waited the three day's never got my parts . I called and called left  numerous messages . There's a hole form about burgard cycle on the   Internet about how he ripped people off!!! I found out to late

I don't like to leave bad feedback, but I dealt with burgard once and only once, I ended up getting my money back through PayPal.

 Nothing but horror stories from them. I have them on my hybrid but I got lucky I guess and got em second hand but new. I would never recommend them just because of what I've heard from this and the old site

Same issues with Graydon Proline. Took him forever to build my nerf bars and I ended up missing the only 2 ice races last year cause of him. He took a good company name and ruined it !

i order a set of a arms for 450 dollars about a year ago and only receive tons of phone calls an messages in my phonebill. This guy takes your money away an keep you waiting until paypal doesnt give you the money back becouse paypal have 45 days to return your money. what i dont understand is how this site keeps robering money in internet and nobody do nothing. My problem is that am from Costa Rica but i dream one day i  would go at the door of the house of this guy with the police and require my parts or my money. Is incredible how a guy stole in the internet and nobody do nothing.

If somebody kwnos how to get the parts from this guys let me know at m-saborio@hotmail.com i would appreciate it. My order #647 never lost my faith on it

Good Job Dez--but you forgot to say who the crooked company was.  I just went to the link above and the members over there were asking who the bad company is.   Modify your post and let them know.  I was going to post it but didnt want to register to post on a site I never go to.

hi there LT500R guys

Im the one that never get the a-arms from burgard.

At first time i call and talk with izzy and ask about details for the order. Izzy told me to place an order on their website. In 15days call againg and make thousands of phonecalls finally he told me the order will be ready in a few days but nothing happends i call again and send thousand of e-mails and messages and nobody response me seems like they have my number track so when i call nobody ask. I try to call at different hours but no response. Now i feel like i have been robbed. Izzy knows that paypal doesnt returns the money after 45days so he makes me wait until there is nothing i cant do. I really want the a arms sometimes i dream the arms are coming on the way but then i realize i was robbed. This guy have his site like a machine to rob money and is making him very reach doesnt exist a web police or something like that near your house.

Im from costa rica is very difficult to go up there and look for this guy and probably when i get there everything could be close.

I WORK REALLY HARD TO OWN MY DOLLARS AND IS NOT FAIR JUST GIVE THEM AWAY TO THIS GUY.

Many issues with Burgard on exriders.com as well. Many customers getting their arms after a year of waiting, just to find that they recieved 4 uppers, or missing ball joints, or standard travel instead of long travel. Even the "flawed" pieces they sell every now and then on eBay take months to get shipped out. Eff Burgard.
