First thing is to set the sag. Have someone with a tape measure measure the distance from the grab bar to the floor with the quad unloaded.. I.e. pull up on the grab bar and let it go. This is with you off the quad, letting the shock extend as full as its going to go with the wheels on the ground. Then you sit on the quad in a nuetral position. Measure again. Sag should be about 1/3 of toal rear wheel travel. I forget what the zilla has for travel.. Somewhere around 9.5" ?. So you should have around 3 inches of sag with you on the bike. If its more, you need more preload, less means less preload. Once that is straight, I usually set the clickers both at a middle position and start riding.
Then adj. comp and rebound one at a time and keep testing to see how things feel.
This is just baseline stuff. Some conditions require different setups. For example a mx guy is gonna want a lower ride height than a dune guy, etc.
