I have had this question asked a few times. Full fenders and the Q Pipe. The Q pipe and other similar pipes bulge right where the left side fender mount goes. Here is what I did. Its not as strong as the OEM mount but it works. It would work better if I added a double shear mount to go through the tube.

I cut the tube so that each support can be bolted up independently. Not the best but works for me. 

Or you can chop the dumbo ears. I like the OEM look.

Here is the solution I came up with.  I haven't finished it yet because it was a little short.
