Powder coating in Michigan
« on: November 19, 2012, 12:07:45 am »
Does anyone have any suggestions on who to goto to get my frame powder coated in Michigan? I'm looking for the closest color match to the stock Suzuki blue. I see on CL theres a place that does frames for 250 but not sure if thats a good price or not. Thanks

Where are you in  michigan? I have a buddy his name is Bill at QC coatings he does all my stuff he is more than reasonable. He does pc and ceramic the more you do at once in one color the better deal you will get. I can get you the # if you want. He is in macomb county  23mile and shoennerr if you know the area.

Exotic Coatings did all my stuff -

I forgot what RAL # blue it was. There was a huge thread on it on the old site. I want to say its 5012. It matches well with the Krylon True Blue.

Ain't ever seen it......but I have heard it.

I found RAL 5010 to be the closest to stock / krylon true blue.  There are some pictures in the link in my signature.  I PC'ed the frame twice because the first color was horrible!
