Like to get a few more sets made, anyone remember who made these way back when?
I'd be in for 8 of them!!
i remeber seeing those. i could make them, but i'd need the motivation!

be made by hand, no cnc here, so i couldn't spit them out in 5 minutes.
wasn't it lonestar who made them???
i could make these also. i made aluminum hub nuts for my bike instead of these look just as trick imo.
What do need to get some of these made? How much down ?
could i have a few detailed pics
I will take pics and measurements.
not to sound like a jerk, but if you have a hub you can make these. you can figure out the measurments yourself. not that hard. you can see they have a step for little bolts to mount and just have to bore the inside out to clear the nut and cotterpin. not to hard if someone has some skill and a lathe. if i'm not doing anything tomorrow and with the storm, still have power, i'll make 2. if anything i'll put them on mine.
I would make 2 more sets...................You do take Paypal
I have been going to do a set for myself. If I remember rite it was the guy who rode Brady /Fastrnrik bike. Can't think of his name had the Weiner dogs in his pictures.
Shawn we need to talk Tecate....
i felt ambitious. made one up, just gotta drill the mounting holes. took me an hour to make, went as fast as i could!
my bench is a friging mess!
carl, i had some ideas for a few tecate parts way back when but never did anything. only part i made was a case saver.

If these fit a LTZ400 front hub I will take a set for sure!!! Thats only if you are willing to make them..Thanks Jason
Lets do this....im in...we need a price
i dont own zilla hubs so kinda hard to make a set. i run z400 hubs/spindles on my bikes.
And if I remember those are 2 piece covers that Mitch has, so you have to drill and tap the hub?

sorry about that, thought you had a zilla or 250, but i think the z400 hubs are the same, i have a set i'll dig them out and check. if i remeber right the bearings are the same, so they might have the same size hubs where these would mount.
why would they be 2 piece? just want to be more complicated! lol i still have to drill mounting holes in this one, and you will have to drill and tap the hubs.
I remember now it was Tim, I believe they had a inside lip and oring so you removed the outer seal and it was still dust proof.
O ring would be nice, but not necessary, I used a clear RTV silicone if for some reason the small screws ever backed out the cover would stay on.
Shawn I dont think they have to be that deep also. I measure mine when I get to the shop.
2 piece would eliminate the need to drill and tap the hubs as some guys dont wanna bother with that. you would have to make like a washer to go behind the spindle nut and tap it to screw the cap on. i was rhinking of just making a drawing and having these cut on cnc.
shawns style cap would be alot machinist friendly and wouldnt nearly cost as much to machine.
Shawn, money sent for 1 pair, Thanks
When the heck are you going to open a store again??
