I like the idea you had of reversing the hub to narrow the rear LOL
There is a guy building my chassis for my lt500 based bike that is in ohio.
whats his name, i may have heard of him?

yea it did the job, heres a pic from the rear
Andy Morris. Outside of Cincinnati in blanchester.
yea ive heard of him, i go over in blanchester and race 300' dirt drags all the time.
Lots of weightto loose if i knew what i know now my bike would be 250 range.. course then again i woulda built a banshee if i could go back oh well live and learn. Come over pa and race ill let you try my zilla out 500ft.
I know that my Lonestar drag axle is probably half the weight of the stock axle setup. My +12 swing arm and axle are probably half the weight of the complete stock axle hubs, rotor etc...
JJ&A was quite a bit out on axles according to him about 2 weeks ago. My buddy talked to him down in Oregon at the Redline open house dyno day. He ordered his axle from Shearer. A few guys on Ebay have them in stock.

No kidding, there comes a point where running an LT is just more work than it's worth.
Only so many banshee parts you can use on an LT before it becomes a banshee anyway LOL
If i was you i would buy a better pipe and cut off ure dumbo ears. that will get you further than a axle and swinger will. i had my first zilla at 335 with stock a arms and swinger with stock axle. believe me when i tell u that its really hard to get under 300# without spending some serious $$$ i know first hand. But seriously them dumbo ears will prob give u a 10th or more and a better pipe will really wake it up. Thats where id be investing. Im not gonna specify a pipe cuz i dont want to cause a pi$$ing match. If u would like ny advice just pm me ill give u my # i dont really get on forums anymore there is too much drama lol. I have weights of everything documented.
a banshee swinger is only about 1/16th wider at the pivots, i bet if a person was good enough they could make one work on an lt and have a extended swinger for about half the price of the lt. plus it gives a lot more options for lengths. just have to figure out the shock situation.
