I tried going to suzuki parts house for parts and it always asks which model i have, how do i know? It is a 89 lt 250 ,wanted to get emblems for new plastics and want to go stock 89 hijklmno?
? next thing i was wondering i bought a stock 91 92 swing arm and am putting it in my 89 frame made the shock link ears and shock mounts in lower area of swinger and am wondering if the 91 stock swingers are full floaters or not i wanted to get the FF emblems if so can anyone enlighten me ? thanks, mike
F 85 g 86 h 87 j88 k89 l90 m91 n92. Those are the years. Also trying to put 91 swingarm on 89 isnt easy swap. You will have cut weld frame . Then you will need 91 airbox and boots. Then you will need 91 92 shock. The back of the frames are alot different.
wv i had deleted 91 shock knuckle and welded in my own plates that i had replicated from my 89 swinger along with my own shock link ears on top of the 91 shock all math distances stayed the same. 91 swinger is installed without any frame mods but not shock needs to be serviced i will do a mock up with it tomorrow but distances are the same
I like to see it when your done. Will it have a cushion lever. Never seen one done like this before.
Why wouldnt you want the effect of 91 92 cushion lever.
like you had said i prob would have hade to do frame work and other mods here what i have done was create a stronger swing arm for not a lot of money and i had gotten to play with some metal
