Elka can make any length shock, all their shocks are the same, they just change shaft length and body length.

Works will be fine if you take care of them, but their shocks are not as good as elka or pep.

Look into peps or even axis if you have the money.

Get a used pair of works and have Hygear Suspension overhaul them. I picked up a pair of remote reservoir dual rates on eBay. Had them overhaul them. Awesome ride now.

thanks.  i ordered chrome body dual rates/ tuned for XC  chroming was 140.00.
-------------------------------
I asked about jumping.......
the tech said trail was for staying on the ground. xc was for small jumps. mx is for big jumps.

---------------
he also said they come stock from works nickel plated. he also said the chrome was a little cheap and will chip off some due to flying rocks.

my quad looks nice however and a cloudy nickel finish would have downgraded it. so i got the chrome bodies :)
