, all i did was just measure it up once swingarm was fitted .Heated it up and squashed it in a vice to match the other end .Drilled a hole for the bolt ,cut and grind it round to match other end .Nothing scientific i know ,but it looked and worked like oem!! No re welding !(hope we are talking about the same part
