Hey guys I'm having a few problems with my quadracer that I bought a couple months back. It was running pretty good except for a small cutting out issue under heavy load and full throttle... Like climbing a sand dune. I thought it was a carb issue since the bike had sat for a while before I bought it. Well it just quit running on me the other day so I took the plug out and kicked it over to check the spark and I am getting little and sometes no spark. Not sure what to replace first coil, cdi, meybe bad stator idk? Hope you guys can help thanks

Are you any good with a mutimeter. If it was me i would check the primary and secondary circuit on the coil> check the resistance of all coils on your bike. As old coils have higher resistance values or could shunt some power to ground due to old magnet wire.

While ur doing that look at all wires for problems

The spark will be alittle weaker seems your the one turning the motor over but get a fresh plug or actual spark plug tester check for proper spark then i'd probly start with ground issues
